Aislinn
Pronounced(Ash-lyn)
Aislinn is my Advanced Character from a Character Design class. She's a sweet caretaker based on the White-Spotted Jellyfish. The headpiece is the most obvious jellyfish part, though the ruffles on the ends of her sleeves and train are inspired from the tentacles of her reference.

UPDATE: Over the summer of 2023 I decided to redesign Aislinn to better resemble a mystical underwater creature rather than a human in a costume. To keep the look of the jellyfish headpiece, I decided to make a halo/crown with pieces hanging down to represent the tentacles from the original piece. I did do away with the ruffles and sleeves but did still give her a flowy cape.
Distinguised Gentleman
Inspired by RPGs akin to Undertale(2015, Toby Fox), I wanted to make an illustration that could be pulled from a similar type of game.

Once happy with the original illustration I decided to go ahead and bring my creation to life. Skeleton was sculpted using Zbrush and then rigged in Maya. The rest of the scene was modeled using Maya. (view model)
Mushroom Lady
This cute little lady was created using inspirational references from Pinterest. With the Cottagecore aesthetic going around in recent years I found it fitting to come up with a character that could very possibly live up to that look and life style.

Forest Utopia
From my Set & Environment class, this Utopia was inspired by a family members property in the mountains of Tennessee. In this utopia you're far from others but live in a very lush area surrounded by peaceful and beautiful nature.

Friendly Challenge
This is here purely because I loved how this little man turned out. I was recently asked by a peer to draw "a frog tripping on acid with a mushroom" to see how our peer's different art styles would approach the prompt.
